"Called to get a quote on a roof repair. John came out to the house in about ten minutes and inspected. I was expecting a huge quote. Intstead, John identified and explained the issue indicating a minor repair. He performed the repair quickly leaving me completely satisfied. He also gave me an honest assessment of remaining roof life. When replacement time comes, this company will be at the top of my list of contractors."

"A great customer service experience. The guys did a great job re-roofing my garage and house. A year later, I called about a small water leak trickling down the chimney pipe for the water heater. Joel and Jon came out the next day and took a look. The leak had nothing to do with their roofing job, it was just some old cracked caulk on the chimney pipe. They fixed it anyway at no charge. Thanks guys. Five stars for you!"

"The guys did an excellent job re-roofing my garage and the flat roof part on my house. A year later, during a torrential rainstorm, I noticed a bit of water trickling down the chimney pipe for the water heater. Joel and Jon came out the next day. It turns out that the leak was in the pipe itself and had nothing to do with their roofing job. The guys fixed it anyway with some new caulking and at no charge. Now that's great customer service! Thanks."
