Standing Seam Roofing in Traverse City

A standing seam roof is one in which the metal panels are interlocked at the edges to form a seal. The seal stands vertically, thus “standing seam.

The  Standing Seam Roofing System is a fully interlocking roof system. Its unique mechanical-lock design forms a weather-tight unit, and unlike some other types of panel metal roofs, no rivets or screws are exposed on the surface of the panels.

It may be installed on new construction or applied over existing roofs. All trims and caps are designed to ensure an integrated weather-proof roof.
