"We highly recommend Joel, Patrick, and the entire Qualified Group. They did a large roof replacement job for us and we couldn't be happier. After our old roof started leaking in several places after some hard rains, Joel came out same day to inspect when many others wouldn't even return our call. He helped us navigate the overly complex insurance world and delivered on everything he said he would. Joel even helped us with the color selection process – sounds like a little thing, but there are so many options and it's nice to get weigh-in from someone who sees all of the options in living color on a daily basis. The job was done quickly, with high quality, and thoroughly cleaned up at the end. The crew even helped us remove an annoying visual line/hump in the old decking from where two parts of the house met from an addition. In terms of post-install, we ended up having an issue with one of the installed skylights, but Patrick came out promptly and fixed it and we've had no issues since. If you're in the TC area and need work done on your roof, don't even hesitate to work with these folks!"

"I have this business card from this business because of a situation I found myself in a few weeks ago. A man from this business helped me out at a service station near Traverse City. I was pumping gas into my car but then I forgot the pump was still attached to my car. I pulled out of the space and pulled the hose right off the pump. I went inside the gas station to report it, and a man from this business offered to help me fix it. He came out to my car and attached the hose back onto the pump. I am grateful to him for offering to help so quickly. If I ever had to do business with this man with this company, it would be a no-brainer! Thank you for your kindness and concern! "
